Who doesn’t love a Disney After Hours event?

March is Women’s History Month and there’s a NEW Disneyland After Hours Event, Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite, celebrating adventurous heroines and our favorite Disney Princesses! There was special merchandise, photo ops, and of course — themed food and drinks!

You know we had to try some of it, like these 2 sweet snacks! But there was something else that definitely caught our eye. At Red Rose Taverne, we found the Escargot Flatbread.

That’s right, ESCARGOT! This was made up of Garlic-Butter Escargot, Mushroom Blend, and Cherry Tomatoes on Herb Flatbread. 

Overall, we enjoyed the tomatoes, mushrooms, and herbs on it. We thought the tomatoes add freshness to it and were nice with the crispness of the flatbread. The escargot did have an herb butter taste to it, which was nice. Although, if you don’t like escargot, you might want to skip this one. It was a bit chewy to us, but the reporter who tried this doesn’t typically love snails.

This is $14.99 at the Red Rose Tavern and is only available during Princess Nite. This is a separately ticketed event that is happening again on March 9th.
