Well, we’ve got some BIG news about this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival.
The Food & Wine Festival 2023
We’ve shared a first look at some of the merchandise that will be available. We also previously got the schedule for the Eat to the Beat concert series — and dining packages for that have already gone on sale, but the most IMPORTANT part of the festival is the food, and we’ve got some BIG news about that, too. We’re getting FIVE NEW food booths this year.
The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival starts on July 27th and runs through November 18th, but some of these new booths won’t open with the festival so that’s something to keep in mind.
Specifically, four of these new booths will actually open in the FALL. Those four are actually being added to celebrate the Walt Disney Company’s 100th Anniversary.
2022 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival
So what are these 4 new booths? Well, here’s the list:
1 — Char & Chop
2 — Wine & Wedge
This booth actually has some items that qualify for the cheese crawl — Emile’s Fromage Montage — so we do know it’ll feature:
- Assorted Artisanal Cheeses and Accoutrements
- Boursin Fig and Balsamic Soufflé with Fig Tapenade, and
- Southern Pimento Cheese with Bread and Butter Pickled Vegetables and Grilled Bread
3 — Bubbles & Brine
4 — Swirled Showcase
Those are the 4 new booths that won’t be open until the fall. Disney has not yet released full menus for these specific booths, but we’ll let you know more about them when we get that info.

But there’s one more to talk about. There is also a new booth called Flavors of America. Here’s the menu for that booth:
Food:
- Italian Hot Beef Sandwich with Shaved Beef, Spicy Giardiniera and Au Jus on a French Roll (NEW)
- Cioppino: Seafood Stew with Saffron-infused Tomato-Fennel Broth and Sourdough Crostini (NEW)
- Chilaquiles: Corn Tortilla Chips tossed in Salsa Verde with Ranchero Chicken, Queso Fresco, Cilantro-Lime Crema and a Soft-Poached Egg* (NEW)
- Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
Beverages:
- Rogue Dreamland American Lager, Ashland, OR
- Goose Island Beer Co. Neon Beer Hug, Chicago, IL
- Left Hand Brewing Sawtooth Amber Ale, Longmont, CO
This menu appears to be somewhat similar to what we saw the Hops & Barley booth offer last year. Hops & Barley is not on the list of returning booths for this year so it seems possible that this new booth will essentially take its place.

We’re on the lookout for more food and wine news, but in the meantime, you can look over ALL of the menus of the other food booths, which will include some returning favorites like The Fry Basket, Flavors from Fire, Canada, India, and Spain.
