Goodbye Splash Mountain, it’s time to make way for Tiana, more character meet-and-greets are back in Magic Kingdom, we have some FUN Encanto news and did we just find one of the BEST sandwiches in Disney World?
It’s a big weekend at Disney World! Splash Mountain is closing forever on January 22nd, and that means work on the long-awaited Tiana’s Bayou Adventure can begin!

The Lunar New Year festival runs from now through February 15th, 2023 in Disney California Adventure park, so you don’t have long to enjoy it all! There’s NEW food to check out, tons of drinks to try, entertainment to enjoy, and (of course) merchandise to pick up. For now, we’re sticking to eats and drinks and checking out the NEW additions that have arrived at the Red Dragon Spice Traders booth!

After Bob Iger returned, many wondered what that meant for the planned relocation of thousands of Disney employees to the Lake Nona region of Orlando. At first, Iger shared he had not yet made a decision on it, but we later learned the project was still moving forward. Now, we have another update.

The Lunar New Year festival has kicked off at Disney California Adventure Park in Disneyland Resort, but it will only be sticking around until February 15th, 2023, so you’ll have to go FAST to try the limited-time eats at the Festival booths. Some booths feature returning classics, but one booth — Wrapped with Love — has shown up with lots of NEW eats and drinks!
If you haven’t been to EPCOT in a few years, you’re in for a BIG surprise on your next visit.

The park has been undergoing a massive transformation, which means that a large section of it is currently under construction. But it’s not all bad — we’ve gotten new rides, restaurants, and gift shops so far, and we’ll soon be getting a new attraction, festival area, and MORE. The transformation of the park has also included some changes to theming (things like logos and atmosphere music), but one recent theming change may point to something more exciting.
If you’re looking for some seriously iconic limited-time eats, you’re in the right place!
Bamboo Blessings
The 2023 Lunar New Year celebration has started in Disney California Adventure Park in Disneyland Resort, and it has a lot to offer! There’s special merchandise, entertainment, and (of course) PLENTY of food to try. For now, we’re making our way over to the NEW Bamboo Blessings food booth. Is it a place you absolutely MUST visit? Brightline train at Orlando Airport
The Brightline high-speed rail won’t connect Orlando International Airport directly to Disney Springs as originally planned, but it’ll still get you pretty close. Not only that, but there will also be a stop near Universal Orlando. And now, we’ve got another update on the Brightline train and its potential stop near Disney World.
