food IS a theme park
Hold up, BoardWalk fans! One of your favorite stops might be closed during your visit.
Disney’s BoardWalk
This lounge will be closed for only a few days, and Disney is even relocating the menu to another location, so you can still get your fix.
Taking a flight anywhere nowadays can be a headache, and now one country is taking action to change one safety issue.
Orlando International
When you have a flight booked, you might be stressed about the long lines at security, whether your flight will be delayed, or worse, you miss your connecting flight. Let’s not forget the big change we’ve seen in the US regarding the Real ID required for TSA. But “aisle lice” are about to be put to a stop in one country.
A long, long time ago, in a galaxy — wait, no, that’s not right. A long, long time ago in Disney World, “streetmosphere” actors could be found throughout the parks. These streetmosphere actors were live performers with unique character stories who roamed around the parks.
Citizens of Hollywood
We haven’t seen too much streetmosphere in Disney World since the parks reopened following the COVID-19 pandemic, but it looks like that’s starting to change. While some streetmosphere has already returned (we still miss you, Citizens of Hollywood!), we spotted some BRAND-NEW characters at EPCOT!

When you go to Disney World daily like we do, you get stuck on quite a few rides over time.
Stormtroopers in Rise of the Resistance
Disney rides malfunction from time to time — sometimes due to guest behaviors (like hats flying off or people reaching out of ride vehicles) and sometimes due to technical difficulties. Occasionally, we’ll be onboard a ride when it stops and we get the chance to see “behind the curtain.” So today, we’re sharing some of the most interesting ride closure photos we have!
Well, it has CERTAINLY been a big week for Disney World news, right?
Pinocchio Cookie Tart
We finally got LOADS of new details about the Cars expansion coming to Frontierland, including that it will be called Piston Peak, and that it will introduce some new characters into the Cars universe (now if only Disney would drop some hints about what kind of FOOD this expansion will have — we have questions!). Anyway, speaking of food, we’ve been monitoring menu changes at Disney World restaurants all week, so let’s take a look at what’s been updated.
Are you headed to the beach this summer? Or maybe you’re headed to Disney World and have some quality pool time planned? Even better? Maybe you plan on taking advantage of those free water park tickets you can get if you’re staying at a Disney World hotel.
Typhoon Lagoon
Well, you’re going to need a good beach bag, right? Something waterproof, but stylish, with a little Disney flair? Well, we just found that bag on Amazon and you’re going to want to buy one in every color.

This new paid service allows you to skip the longer standby lines at rides and attraction and use the shorter Lightning Lanes in their place. And, now, we’re bringing you a look at Lightning Lane prices for June 2025. [Read more…]
We’ve talked a lot about how much of a game-changer the Brightline train is, especially if traveling to and from Orlando.
Brightline Train Station
In fact, Brightline has become so popular that the company is expanding, not just in Florida, but also to the West Coast. Brightline’s got even bigger plans, though, beyond expansion. The rail company just recently announced a partnership with JetBlue that will allow you to book one trip for both train and air with easy transfers via the Orlando International Airport.
