Disney World is home to several different hotels — each with its own set of pros and cons. Ask us to choose our favorite, and our answer will probably be different every time.
But, there’s one hotel that tends to stand out among the rest — Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. On most days, we’d probably say that Animal Kingdom Lodge is our favorite because of the impeccable dining, incredible theming, and oh yeah — the actual, real-life safari animals on the savanna. But, this hotel has two BIG issues.
Remember when Walt Disney Animation Studios announced a long-form TV show based on our beloved The Princess and the Frog?
This is not the update we wanted to give on the show that was slated to stream on Disney+.
There are few things we love in this world more than Disney — but bread and cheese are definitely high on the list.
SO, when we get to combine these three loves together and eat bread and cheese while we’re actually at Disney World, well, those are some of our favorite days. We recently stopped by a fan-favorite Disney’s Hollywood Studios restaurant to see if it still held up, and we’re sharing our thoughts in this review!
Disney World hotels come with a whole lot of perks — including free parking for guests.
This is also true if you’ve got an Advance Dining Reservation for one of the many restaurants at the hotels. And, while Disney welcomes anyone to their hotels, whether they’re staying there or not, that doesn’t mean that just anyone can pull up and park at them. In fact, there are some Disney World hotels that will ALWAYS crack down on the parking rules — no matter what.
Okay, it’s no secret that the Florida sun can be BRUTAL — it’s even brutal when it’s covered in clouds.
Now, we’re always telling you how important it is to stay hydrated (and we always recommend keeping a water bottle with you while you’re in the parks). However, protecting your skin is equally important. That means you’ll have to make some decisions about sunscreen, but don’t worry — because we go to Disney World every day, we’ve got our tried and true sunscreen hacks to help you take better care of yourself while you’re on vacation.
If you ask us, the best part about Disney Springs is the FOOD! There are so many incredible restaurants to explore in this shopping and dining district, and one of our favorites is celebrating Florida’s strawberry season with an exclusive event!
Jaleo by Chef José Andrés is hosting the Festival de Fresas — or the Strawberry Festival — to put an emphasis on the sweet and versatile flavor of strawberries. Jaleo has partnered with a local farm, Southern Hill Farms, for the freshest strawberries in these unique dishes, and we’re bringing you with us to check it out!
We’ve been loving all of the classic Disney character merchandise lately!
Cinderella just celebrated its 75th anniversary and Disney released some stunning merchandise to celebrate. Now, we’ve got our eyes on the brand new Tinker Bell collection that just arrived at the Disney Store. Hide your wallets now or say goodbye to some of your hard-earned cash…
We just heard from a Disney Imagineer regarding some of the work going into creating the new Tropical Americas-themed land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
This new land in Animal Kingdom will be called Pueblo Esperanza and is expected to open in 2027. Construction is already in progress as the first phase of closures began in DinoLand, U.S.A., on January 13th, 2025.
Spring break is coming up in just a few weeks for many schools around the country, and if you’re taking a Disney World trip, it’s time to get prepared!
While summer is easily the hottest season in Disney World, spring gets pretty warm, too, so you’ll want to be sure you’ve got all the essentials to make sure you’re fully protected against the heat, sunburn, dead phones, and everything in between. These are the six essentials you’ll want to pack in your bag before you leave!
