Beginning on August 10th, the Convention Center at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will begin a planned refurbishment.
Believe it or not, the start of spooky season is upon us with the August 7th kickoff of the 2026 edition of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

As always, the annual event brings decorations, character costumes, souvenirs, and NEW menu items to several Magic Kingdom eateries, with a whopping 19 locations this year! Some of these items we’ve seen before, while others are new additions. Some are only available during the party, while others can also be found during the park’s regular operating hours. Let’s get into what you can find!
Disney World’s After Hours Events are separately ticketed events that allow guests to enjoy beloved attractions with lower wait times for an extra three hours after the park closes to the public, with some complimentary snacks and drinks included. Plus, guests can enter the park at 7 PM, giving them a few extra hours in the park before the event even begins!
