Are you a Disney Pin Collector or Trader?
Personally speaking, I’m really not. But I’ve always had an appreciation for the teeny works of art. So every now and then I take a look to check them out, which is how I found myself in Disney’s Pin Traders in the Marketplace of Disney Springs (located directly across from Earl of Sandwich). Resort dining in Walt Disney World can be a massive amount of fun.
And while we all know there are great resort spots like ‘Ohana, California Grill, and Sanaa, we don’t often spend much time celebrating food courts, even though they are packed with options and can be pretty cool. But just over five years ago, a Resort food court came along that was kind of a game changer: the Art of Animation Resort’s Landscape of Flavors.
It’s true: we give this place a lot of credit due to its more innovative dishes with some international flair. (Though I have to give a nod to some other Value Resort food courts for spicing things up recently with things like the All-Star Movies World Premiere Food Court Secret Menu!)
So when I stepped into Landscape of Flavors during my recent Disney World trip to cover the 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival, I was — as I always am with this place — optimistic. [Read more…]

Though Satu’li Canteen — located in Disney World’s newest land of Pandora — The World of AVATAR — is still a new restaurant, there is already a change to report.
The main dining establishment in Pandora has discontinued its Breakfast service for now.
I say “for now” because guests will still be able to catch breakfast at Satu’li Canteen from time to time. It will be an option during peak crowd seasons such as the weeks right around the Christmas holiday and Spring Break.
So, you may still have the opportunity to grab some Cinnamon French Toast or Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Spinach Steamed Pods depending on the time of year of your visit. [Read more…]

So recently we showed you a treat that looks very much like it would be loaded with all sortsa Pumpkin Spice flavor.
Only it’s not. The super cute Pumpkin Cupcake you’ll find at sweet spots such as the Main Street Confectionery, Big Top Treats, and Goofy’s Candy Co. is topped with a pumpkin-shaped dollop of orange frosting, but the flavor is pure vanilla. You can click here to check it out.
Today, though, we’re going in the opposite direction with a treat that doesn’t look remotely pumpkin-esque, but is positively PACKED with loads of autumnal spices for those of you who are ready to get your PUMPKIN ON this fall.
Allow me to introduce you to… the Pumpkin Spice Caramel Shake at Ghiraradelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop in Disney Springs!
“Pumpkin Perfection,” indeed! You’ll also notice that Pumpkin Spice Caramel Hot Cocoa is also on the menu. However, at this point in the game in Central Florida, even though the nights really are getting pleasant, it’s not quite “curl up with a cup of cocoa” weather just yet. (As you can tell, we have to get a little creative when it comes to celebrating autumn in these parts.)
And, frankly, I had already made up my mind about the Shake, anyway. It comes to you looking like your basic vanilla shake, only with loads of scrumptious Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Fudge coating the sides. [Read more…]
