Here at DFB, it’s ALWAYS The “Year Of The Mouse,” but over at Disney California Adventure, it’s the “Year of the Rat” for the 2020 Lunar New Year!

And, now that the festivities are underway, the multicultural celebration runs now through February 9th with eats, entertainment, and LOTS of merch.
From phone cases to spirit jerseys (and even a secret menu drink at Trader Sams!) there is no shortage of “The Child”, aka Baby Yoda, out there in our galaxy.

And now, you can take Baby Yoda wherever you go! That’s right — jewelry company RockLove has teamed up with Star Wars to give the people exactly what they want: MORE BABY YODA!
If you are planning on visiting Hollywood Studios in the next month, you may want to double-check your itineraries. A fan-favorite show is set to undergo a brief refurbishment.
Muppet Vision 3-D
While we share a look at what will be down for refurbishment each week, we thought we’d give you guys a bit more of a heads up about another attraction. It looks like Muppet*Vision 3D is closing temporarily.

If you know, then you know, Award Wieners is one of our go-to spots at Disney California Adventure for the best hot dogs and for our beloved filmstrip fries. These babies are basically thick cut and oh sooo tasty steak fries!
The Holidays at Walt Disney World are truly a magical time…so we totally get that when it’s all over it can leave you a little down in the dumps.

As we were drowning in our sorrows (and beef empanadas) over at Choza de Margarita in Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion, we came across a stroke of genius!
We here at DFB love that Disneyland is always bringing their A-game when it comes to sweet treats. We’re talking about the place that has brought us Churros covered in Peanut Butter and Marshmallows!

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe is a favorite spot of ours for their Matterhorn Macaroons and ample patio space perfect for people watching.
It’s no surprise that when we’re hanging over in Disneyland, chances are you’ll find us munching on some of the deliciously golden fried chicken over at the Plaza Inn!

Located on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park, Plaza Inn offers up their own take on American classics and seasonal goodies (mmm, remember the delight that was the Get Your Ears On Celebration Cake??!?). Well, today we’re headed back to check on a new sweet addition.
