Recently, we told you that a new food truck — aptly called Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet — would arrive in Disney Springs’ West Side this month. Well friends, according to Disney Springs’ Twitter account, that day is TODAY!

Halloween at Magic Kingdom
It’s Halloween time in Disney World — at least it is in the Magic Kingdom and parts of Disney Springs ;-D — and we are HERE for it!
Just yesterday we speculated that Bongos, the Cuban-inspired Disney Springs restaurant owned by iconic singer Gloria Estefan, would close next week, and today we have confirmation that, indeed, the restaurant will close on August 18th.

The Orlando Sentinel cites Emily Clark of Lettuce Entertain You, who confirms that Bongos’ replacement will be Beatrix — which you can learn more about here!
