We KNOW it’s still July, but that doesn’t mean that we have to wait to get prepped for spooky season!
Disney kicks off Halloween celebrations in Magic Kingdom in August (which is NEXT MONTH!) and Disneyland Resort starts celebrating in September. One of the big ways that the west coast celebrates is with the very popular Oogie Boogie Bash event — and we’ve got some important news about that party.
One of the worst feelings ever is having to pack up and leave after your Disney vacation is over. We just want to stay for one more day! (Or two…or three…)
Luckily, we found some pretty awesome hotel discounts, which might mean that you can free up some room in your budget for MORE Disney World days! A lot of these are major hotel discounts (we’re talking in the 30% off range), so the money you save can be put towards adding on a couple more nights. Are you in? We’re in. Let’s go! [Read more…]
Some Disney souvenirs are just a little bit impractical. We know those huge popcorn buckets are super fun, but will you really use them at home? And how many Minnie ears do we all have stuffed inside our closets, where they rarely see the light of day?

So much merchandise!
Don’t get us wrong — we’re 100% guilty of buying Disney merch that we hardly ever actually use. But today we found an item that you’ll legitimately use EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
So much has changed in Disney World since the phased reopening of the parks began. Following the COVID-19 pandemic closures, health and safety guidelines were implemented to keep visitors and Cast Members safe and they caused us to relearn how to “do Disney World.”
Now that it’s been three years since the parks began opening their doors again, there are still remnants of those safety guidelines throughout Disney World. And so, we thought we’d take you on a journey with us to see how different Disney World was after the historic reopening of the parks!
It is a BIG day for Disney fans hoping to grab tickets to a Halloween Party.

Oogie Boogie at the Oogie Boogie Bash!
Oogie Boogie Bash is a very popular Halloween party that takes place at Disneyland Resort. Tickets for the event initially went on sale to the general public at the end of June (after Magic Key Holder tickets sold out in the pre-sale), and it’s safe to say that things did NOT go well. Sales were paused, and it was announced last week that ticket sales would resume today. However, if you are wanting tickets, you better act FAST!
Disney Cruise Line is known for bringing the magic of Disney to the sea.

Disney Cruise Line!
There is a reason Disney cruises are so popular — people will even spend some serious cash for Disney Cruise Line designer bags. The Disney cruises offer special things like fireworks and holiday-themed sailings. There is even a NEW private island opening soon. Recently, it also just got easier to be on board a Disney ship.
Christmas may be many, many months away, but it’s never too early to prepare!
The holiday season is one of the busiest times in the parks, but many people find it one of the best times to go. Disney has started releasing holiday merchandise for this year already, and we’re firm believers in being prepared, so if you’re already planning how your Christmas tree will look, check out all these new ornaments that just dropped online! You’ll want to hurry and grab these ASAP before they sell out.
This September, we could hear some BIG news from Disney.

Cinderella Castle
Where will this news come from? From a HUGE Disney fan event: Destination D23, which will return to Disney’s Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World from September 8th to the 10th, 2023. Destination D23 is an event hosted by the official Disney fan club, D23. We often hear exciting announcements, see sneak peeks at current Disney projects, and hear from special guests. We already have the schedule for this year’s event that can give us some insight into what we can look forward to.
