We’re still about a year away from the grand opening of Universal Orlando’s NEW theme park, Epic Universe.

However, we’ve been getting more and more details about all five themed lands the park will have, including the Isle of Berk (a How To Train Your Dragon land) and Super Nintendo World. Now, we’ve seen various construction updates online, but let’s just say we got curious and decided to go check out some of that construction (from a safe distance, of course) for ourselves!

Universal has DROPPED some more Epic Universe information!

As has become commonplace in the last few months, Universal sent out another medallion for the Chronos statue this week, indicating that details about one of Epic Universe’s new Portals – in this case, Super Nintendo World – was coming. Indeed that was the case, as we have all the information on the Orlando installation of Super Nintendo World’s restaurants!

Thanks to the general amount of time it takes to build a theme park combined with massive COVID-related construction delays, it can sometimes feel like an eternity since Universal officially announced Epic Universe back in 2019. However, as Epic Universe’s 2025 opening draws nearer, those years of concept art and construction rumors are giving way to real photos of the in-depth lands and massive rides coming to the revolutionary new theme park.
Disney World isn’t the only theme park with new lands in the works!

DreamWorks Land has been well underway at Universal Studios and we can’t wait for it to open! There will be lands dedicated to Shrek, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda, and we’ve been looking for as many details as we can get — we just didn’t have an official opening date for this new land. But, that’s officially changed!
Who wouldn’t want to see a well-known celebrity while on their vacation? We know we’d love to!

It’s not uncommon to see or hear of celebrities hanging out in theme parks with their families, because they’re people, just like all of us. However, it’s extra special when they work with the park to surprise guests, which is what Ryan Gosling did in Universal Studios Hollywood!
