Well, it’s because the Canada Food Booth holds the distinction of having both of its star menu items recognized as 30th Anniversary Legacy Items for this year’s milestone Food and Wine Festival celebration! Over the years, we’ve certainly found the dishes at this popular booth to be deserving of landing on our own list of Best of the Fest picks time and time again.
