We’ve tried a LOT of food over at EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival, but we’re not done yet!
Springtime Menu Spread
One booth — Farmers Feast — actually has a rotating seasonal menu again this year. We already tried out the Early Bloom Menu, but now, it’s time to taste the NEW menu over here, so let’s check it out!
We’re in the middle of EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival, which means the park is filled with fun food, entertainment, and merch!
SO much merch
Speaking of merch, there is a TON of it for this festival, like Spirt Jerseys, ears, mugs, and more. There are several different merchandise collections, including one themed to the iconic Orange Bird! We’ve seen a lot of awesome Orange Bird items, and now, there’s another one in the parks you gotta check out!
EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival is in full swing. Incidentally, so is the love for Disney’s Encanto.
Flower & Garden Festival
We were delighted to find new breakfast Arepas at the La Isla Fresca booth just a few days ago. Though they might not be explicitly Encanto related, they certainly help us feel like we’re trying out Julieta’s cooking! Now, though, you can take a pic with a favorite Encanto character at this fest!
EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival is going on right now until July 4th, 2022, and we’ve tried some delicious food!

From a BLT scone to a goat cheese popsicle, there are some interesting eats, but these eats are all mostly things you would consider lunch, dinner, and dessert foods. Now, things are changing — there is a BREAKFAST MENU at one of the food booths at Flower and Garden Festival, so come with us as we check it out!

The EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival might still be going strong, and all the food booths are still offering their full menus. But here at DFB, the snack madness is on and you’ve been voting on your faves in the DFB EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Bracket. We’ve already made it through three rounds, but now round 4 results are in — which snacks reign supreme?
We know it’s hard to pick between your favorite Disney World snacks, but we still ask you to do it anyway!

We started with 64 of the most popular eats and drinks from the 2022 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, and now we’re back with Round 2 and 32 food and drinks. The first round had some SERIOUS upsets, so will there be more controversy this round?? EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival has officially kicked off. We’re here checking everything out, from the food to the music to the merch. But there’s one special activity that true foodies might want to complete — the Garden Graze! Basically this is like a food scavenger hunt and yes, it comes with an exclusive item + treat PRIZE! But are the items on the scavenger hunt worth it? We’re here to find out!
The EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival runs from March 2nd through July 4th this year, and we are thrilled that some popular things are returning to the festival!
