Universal Orlando is celebrating summer with 12 (!!) exclusive offerings, including 5 new things! From entertainment offerings to exclusive merchandise to celebrate the release of films, a lot is coming to Universal Orlando Resort.

Not only is Universal Orlando celebrating the opening of its brand-new theme park, Epic Universe, on May 22nd, but it is also bringing some new offerings to its other two theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Restaurant Marrakesh
The Morocco Pavilion in EPCOT has been a little low on dining offerings ever since the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, you could dine at Restaurant Marrakesh, Spice Road Table, or Tangierine Cafe pre-2020 days. However, Restaurant Marrakesh has been closed ever since. This restaurant served Moroccan fare and even offered entertainment in the form of a belly dancer. So what’s going on with it now?

Discounts on merchandise, access to special lounges (on occasion), and freebies like AP magnets! Recently Disney World released a new magnet that totally BLEW UP on social media, because it starred none other than Ray from The Princess and The Frog. However, it appears that these magnets were a little too popular because Disney just announced they’ve RUN OUT!

Getting access to special events and offers and saving some money on special ticketed events are two big ones, but many guests also love getting the opportunity to buy merchandise that is otherwise unavailable. One of the free offerings Passholders get each year is a new Passholder Magnet, and we love seeing what characters are featured each time. Disney has just revealed a hint about who’s on the next magnet, and fans are very excited!

There has been so much Epic Universe news, and it is getting us so excited to be able to visit this new park!

It was just announced last week that Epic Universe would officially open on May 22nd, 2025. Plus, tickets, vacation packages, and bookings are open for the Grand Helios Hotel today, and demand is high as the website had to pause bookings for vacation packages earlier in the day due to the demand. If you want to experience this new park, the only way to do so is by purchasing multi-day tickets or a vacation package. But that is not the case for Universal Annual Passholders, and Universal recently hinted at a perk that only passholders will be able to take advantage of.
Being a Disney World Annual Passholder comes with a whole lot of perks. In January 2024, “Good-to-Go” days were introduced for Disney World Annual Passholders!

These are dates when Passholders DO NOT need a Disney Park Park reservation to enter ANY of the four Disney World theme parks. Overall, Good-to-Go days have been pretty well received, but we recently noticed a new problem that’s suddenly plaguing Disney World Annual Passholders when it comes to this perk!
