Air travel has been a bit of a gamble recently.
Although summer travel demand has increased this year, airlines are having trouble keeping up. A pilot shortage, severe weather, and other issues have resulted in multiple flight delays and canceled flights. Delta Airlines cut 100 flights per day from its summer schedule to try to minimize disruptions. Now, another airline has adjusted its schedule for September.
If you plan on flying to Disney World today, you may need to check your flight status ASAP.

We recommend keeping a close eye on your flight status flying into and out of Orlando International Airport. Delays happen, cancellations occur, and weather often causes problems. Today, though, one airline is having some technical issues that have resulted in over 100 Orlando flights being canceled.

Over Christmas Eve, we began to see thousands of flights getting canceled, with more than 700 either arriving into or departing from the U.S.. And even two days after Christmas, thousands more flights were canceled, and it seems that this trend is continuing into the New Year.
