Progress on the construction of the upcoming Disney Skyliner gondola transportation system continues to move full steam ahead.
Disney Skyliner Gondola
Set to open this fall (we’re hoping it’ll be sooner and, based on the apparent pace of construction, it just might be), the Disney Skyliner gondolas will transport guests to and from locations including Epcot, Hollywood Studios, the upcoming Disney’s Riviera Resort (which is currently open for booking), Pop Century, Art of Animation, and Caribbean Beach Resort.

When this new Walt Disney World Resort transportation system opens to guests, it will carry riders to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, as well as to four Resort hotels: Art of Animation, Pop Century, Caribbean Beach Resort, and the upcoming Riviera Resort.
The Disney Skyliner gondola system has been in testing for some time now in preparation for carrying guests this fall. For the most part, the gondolas have been under wraps while in testing. Though, in fact, earlier this week we shared our first peek at an uncovered gondola cabin featuring classic Disney characters. (Find out who here!). But TODAY?
