Just days ago, Hong Kong Disneyland announced that its grand reopening would take place on June 18th, making it the second Disney park to reopen in the last five months.
The welcome back celebration took place overnight, while many new health and safety measures have been implemented, so let’s go check it out!

In case you missed the news, it was just announced that Hong Kong Disneyland will reopen to guests on June 18th!
Of course, new health measures will be implemented upon reopening for the safety of both guests and cast members. And one of those measures will be limiting guest capacity in order to promote safe distancing. Hong Kong Disneyland has been closed since January 26th — but the lengthy closure will soon be coming to an end!
Disney Parks around the world have started to open started to reopen.
Although Shanghai Disneyland has been open since May and Disney World and Disneyland are both projected to open in July, there hasn’t been much news on the other Disney Parks.
Hong Kong Disneyland closed on January 26th in light of the global health situation. While Shanghai Disneyland reopened to guests on May 11th, and Walt Disney World Resort will begin a phased reopening on July 11th, the reopening status for Hong Kong Disneyland remains unknown to this point.
