It’s finally here — Halloween season has arrived at Disney World!

We’re kicking off the season with a visit to the newly-returned Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! We stopped by on the first night of the 2024 party season to check out the offerings, including the entertainment, snacks, and, of course, the trick-or-treating. We have seen Halloween decorations go up as early as July 31st, and we are expecting a similar schedule this year! We know it may seem early for Halloween, but Magic Kingdom will soon transform into Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on select nights in August, September, and October. We just got some exciting news about two popular attractions that will be open during the party!

Disney World likes to celebrate the holidays a little early, and by early, we mean Halloween in August! Magic Kingdom will soon be gearing up to host Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, but preparations for the party may start popping up sooner than you would think!

Some people might think starting Halloween in August is a little too early, but you’re not one of them (neither are we)! We’re already feeling the spooky vibes and can’t wait for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom! This special event requires a separate ticket for entry, and this year, it takes place on select nights from August 9th through October 31st. But, we wanted to talk about which are the two BEST party dates! Let’s go!

This year, you’ll be able to experience this exclusive after-hours event on select nights starting on August 9th all the way through October 31st. Tickets cost between $119-$199 depending on which night you’re going, and while any day is usually a great day to experience some Disney magic, there are some days we highly recommend NOT going to this special experience.
