It’s a new month in Disney World — and you know what that means!

Well, the month of March is Women’s History Month, so we’re already trying out some new women-inspired treats in Disney World. Plus St. Patrick’s Day snacks have arrived. PLUS Easter snacks are everywhere, too. Best month ever? Well, there’s also something else to look forward to this month: new cupcake and ice cream flavors in Disney Springs.

Okay, so every month, we get excited about the new flavors Salt & Straw announces — some of them are WAY out there, too. We’ve had ice cream that tasted like Deviled Eggs. We’ve had ice cream with bugs. Granted, those masterminds at Salt & Straw know how to create some DELICIOUS ice cream, so when we learned about the seven new flavors for February, we knew we had to try a few.
Salt & Straw changed how we think about ice cream.

With locations at both Disneyland and Disney World, we’re excited to taste new flavors on both coasts. We’ve eaten some interesting creations, too, like Deviled Egg Ice Cream (no, really), Saffron & Honey with Crystalized Flower Petals Ice Cream, and a delicious Roasted Pineapple Coconut Sherbet. So we can’t WAIT for new flavor drops, and an announcement for the next round of flavors is coming soon!
When we first learned that the innovative ice cream shop Salt & Straw would be coming to Disney World, we were giddy with excitement.

Known for their unique flavors and fresh take on ice cream using natural, organic ingredients — Salt & Straw has often impressed us but has sometimes left us very, very confused. The beginning of a new month means NEW flavors at Salt & Straw, and based on what we heard was coming in June, we were intrigued, to say the least. Fried chicken ice cream? And deviled egg ice cream?! Let’s check out the NEW June flavors at Salt & Straw in Disney Springs and see if any are worth getting!
A new month means new Sprinkles flavors!
Sprinkles in Downtown Disney
With a Sprinkles location in both Disney Springs and Downtown Disney, guests can visit Sprinkles after — or before –their day in the parks! And, much like Salt & Straw, Sprinkles is constantly coming out with new and unique flavors for guests to try. Speaking of new flavors, Sprinkles just announced what they’re baking in May!
The Salt and Straw ice cream parlor in Downtown Disney (and soon at Disney Springs in Disney World!) is known for its unique flavors (and unique is putting it mildly). We’ve seen flavors like caramelized turkey and cranberry sauce, banana avocado sorbet, and even one with chocolate crickets as an ingredient!
