Welcome back, DFB friends! We’re here with another edition of “What’s New at EPCOT!“

And, we’ve got plenty of merchandise, food, and construction updates to share with you, so let’s dive right on in!
We’ve made it no secret about what many of our favorite Disney World snacks are, and there’s one item that is always close to the top of our list. That snack is the School Bread from the Norway pavilion at EPCOT’s Kringla Bakeri Og.

Unfortunately, Kringla Bakeri Og is still closed, even though the parks are open for business. And we’ve really been missing that school bread, let us tell you… But now, it’s back, baby!!!
Recently, we heard about a new pair of Viking-inspired ears that had appeared in the Norway Pavilion at EPCOT. Word must have gotten around quickly because those ears sold out lightning fast!

While we visited EPCOT today, we didn’t even think we would come across these new popular ears, but when we popped into The Fjording we were stunned to see these ears BACK IN STOCK!
The Nordic gods must be smiling over the new Viking Mickey Ears that were spotted over the weekend in EPCOT!

In fact, we made it our mission to trek over to The Fjording today to pick up a pair of these horn-rimmed beauties at the Norway pavilion today.
There’s nothing quite like taking a trip around the World (Showcase) at EPCOT!

Since we’ve been back in a newly re-opened EPCOT, we’ve spotted Anna and Elsa out in the Character Cavalcades, gone to the Relaxation Station at Akershus, and hopped back on Frozen Ever After back-to-back.
