EPCOT‘s Italy Pavilion is often overlooked when it comes to what food and drinks are available, and we’re here to tell you that that’s a BIG mistake.
Who’s ready for some Italy eats?
This pavilion is full of some of our favorite restaurants and small bites in all of EPCOT, especially if you’re looking for something that’s going to appease the whole family. We got a chance to try some delicious desserts around the pavilion, as well as a drink we can’t get enough of, and if this isn’t enough to convince you to stop by, we don’t know what is!
Disney World is full of unique souvenirs that you can’t easily find online or anywhere else. A lot of these souvenirs can be found in World Showcase in EPCOT where you can get everything from Norwegian troll figures to British snacks to Chinese potato chip flavors and everything else in between.

We love walking through the shops in World Showcase just to see what we can find, but while we were recently perusing the goods in the Italy Pavilion, we spotted what could be one of Disney World’s most expensive souvenirs.

EPCOT’s World Showcase has long been one of the most popular areas in any Disney theme park, thanks to its pavilions recreating the charms of several countries around the world with architecture, design, souvenirs, and, of course, food!
Italy
One of the most popular pavilions is the one themed after Italy, which features Venetian, Florentine, and Roman architecture, including recreations of St Mark’s Campanile, the La Gemma Elegante shop representing a replica of the Doge’s Palace, and other hallmarks of Italian architecture, such as the Columns of San Marco and San Todaro, the Ponte della Pagli. In addition, the pavilion’s Neptune Fountain is reminiscent of Rome’s Trevi Fountain. With all that being said, what do Italian guests actually think of the pavilion, and what rules do they follow? Well, we asked around.
When it comes to EPCOT, Disney adults have a lot of hacks and trends, especially when it comes to World Showcase. Whether it’s working their way through the International Gateway or the various World Showcase pavilions, there’s seemingly something for everyone in the park.

Over my 7 years of covering Disney’s theme parks, I’ve seen the popularity of EPCOT World Showcase pavilions ebb and flow. New snacks — or even new rides — will lead to a spike in popularity for a particular country for a while before crowds move on, while on the other side of the coin, a disappointing reveal or simple stagnation will leave some pavilions on the skip list. Currently, the park’s Italy Pavilion is facing that issue.
