Yep, over the past week, we officially entered the holiday season at Disney World, Thanksgiving came and went, and now, we have our sights set on Christmas and the New Year. You might be wondering what our big plans are for the day. Well, we’re at Disney World because we just can’t get enough of those holiday decorations, holiday snacks, and that everyday Disney magic! But what are crowds like on Thanksgiving? Well, leading up to the holiday, things were getting busier in Disney World, AND we saw Genie+ sell out at a record-high price. So, let’s take a look at crowds on ACTUAL Thanksgiving.
We’re in Magic Kingdom today and have noticed the very large crowds!

Today is a sold-out day in Magic Kingdom and we’re noticing lots and lots of people! This is causing long lines and sold-out Individual Lightning Lanes. Now, we’ve noticed another service has sold out.
Thanksgiving week is officially here.
Thanksgiving Feast Time!
Usually around the holidays, we see higher crowds in the parks and this year is turning out to be no different! With more people comes high wait times. But it might also affect the way that you get those Lightning Lane passes.
Yes, we know we talk a LOT about the holidays in Disney World. But can you blame us? Everything is SO festive with all the decorations, the snacks, and the parties!

We know, we know…there’s Thanksgiving to consider, too. We’ve already told you about some Thanksgiving treats coming to Disney World. Well, there’s a meal returning to Disney World that’s basically Thanksgiving on a slice of bread (trust us, you’ll want this).

But we shouldn’t get ahead of ourselves too much. As many people like to remember, there is still another holiday BEFORE Christmas (even if we just want to put up our trees and sing carols). Thanksgiving is celebrated in America in November, and while it’s not as big of a celebration as the other winter holidays, many do partake in turkey day. One snack company is here to remind us about the season of thanks!
