We found a few adorable (and affordable) kitchen items that will make this Valentine’s Day extra magical! All of these Mickey and Minnie Valentine’s-themed items were found at Walmart for only $5 each. They’re too cute to not grab!
It may be a WHILE before we see the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Disney World (won’t open until late 2024!), but Disney is not wasting any time when it comes to this major transformation.
Construction Walls Are UP
Splash Mountain’s last day of operation was January 22nd, 2023. The ride is now officially CLOSED as it gets overhauled into a Princess and the Frog-themed ride. And Disney has moved swiftly to remove mentions of the ride in other attractions and change other things in the park. Let’s go through it all here!

While already facing the impending dissolution of the Reedy Creek Improvement District, the Company is also dealing with management changes thanks to the return of Bob Iger as CEO, along with a proxy battle for a seat on the Board of Directors. Amidst ALL of this, Disney must look to the future — well beyond 2023 — to a world where Hulu could become fully owned by Disney, and determine whether an earlier purchase of the Company can be made.
