In case you haven’t heard yet, Disney World is replacing The Wave…of American Flavors with Steakhouse 71 in Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

This new restaurant will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner — plus there will be a lounge area with a menu of small dishes and drinks. If you’re hoping to snag a spot at Disney’s newest restaurant, we’ve got some BIG news for you!
Reservations are now open for Steakhouse 71! Beginning today, September 16th, you can reserve your spot to eat at the Contemporary’s new restaurant, which will open on October 1st, 2021.

You’ll want to hurry and get those reservations, though — we’re expecting them to run out quick since this is a brand-new restaurant. To make your reservation, log into your account on Disney World’s website or on the My Disney Experience app. Search for “Steakhouse 71” and click “Reserve Dining.” Then choose your date, time, and party size and confirm your reservation.

Steakhouse 71 is named after the year that Disney World opened, and it’ll feature decor inspired by the ’70s.

You can make reservations for breakfast, which has options like Eggs Benedict, Omelettes, and Prime Rib Hash.

The lunch menu has options like French Onion Soup, Crab Cake Sliders, or a Turkey Club Sandwich.

And the dinner menu has the heartiest dishes, with appetizers and various steakhouse cuts, including Beef Tenderloin, Filet Mignon, New York Strip, and more.

If you don’t get a reservation for a meal, or if you wanted to stop by before your reservation, you can always head to the Steakhouse 71 Lounge area. This Lounge has a menu of small bites…

Thank you so much for your helpful information!aaaa!aa!! all things Disney eats! I am wondering if any word on the Hoop Dee Doo has been sent your way? I’m bringing my 92 year old dad for one last trip in February but he says that is his favorite thing and won’t come if it isn’t up and running. I love it too.

Hi I living in the UK I was just wondering would time do the new reservation goes live for each day. Two of my party members get married while we are there and they really want to go here for the wedding meal on 5th October. Any information you have to help will be really greatful
