The newest restaurant in Disney World is now officially OPEN!
Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya opened in EPCOT‘s Japan pavilion in World Showcase on August 15th. It’s open for walk-in guests only, but reservations are available now for dates starting on August 28th. We stopped in to try out the new eats here (including the $300 sushi boat! 😳) so we could discover which menu items are worth the cash and which you should skip. In case you haven’t heard yet, Disney World is replacing The Wave…of American Flavors with Steakhouse 71 in Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
This new restaurant will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner — plus there will be a lounge area with a menu of small dishes and drinks. If you’re hoping to snag a spot at Disney’s newest restaurant, we’ve got some BIG news for you!
We got word about Maria & Enzo’s (formerly rumored to be “Mario & Enzo’s) in August — it’s an Italian Trattoria that will be located adjacent to the upcoming Edison Complex this winter. Today, we’re excited to report that not only has Maria & Enzo’s been confirmed, but there is MORE news to share about restaurant and bar concepts coming to the location!
The three restaurants will form a complete complex, but each will feature their own unique menus, with a focus on Italian cuisine. Like The Edison, the concepts are being created by the Patina Restaurant Group (PRG).
