It’s definitely disappointing to say goodbye to some favorite menu items and some beloved restaurant theming. Often, though, these restaurants disappear to make room for something new and exciting! Two Disneyland restaurants closed FOR GOOD last week to make room for an all-new restaurant space. Ready to check it out?
The time has come for two fan-favorite Disneyland restaurants.

Catal Restaurant and its outdoor bar Uva Bar & Cafe have served Disneyland visitors for 22 years — inspiring many to fall in love with the colorful Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere. Together, these restaurants have served up some pretty tasty food and drinks, but a lot of the appeal comes from the atmosphere brought by Uva Bar & Cafe’s outdoor space that allows visitors a sunny glimpse of both California and the Mediterranean region.
It’s Halloween time at Disneyland and it’s the time to get in the spooky spirit!

It’s been a busy week so we’ve got plenty of dining, construction, and merchandise updates to share with you! So, what are you waiting for? Let’s jump right on in!
Back in December, restaurants in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District faced another round temporary closures due to a regional Stay-At-Home order mandated by the California Governor. And, it wasn’t until recently that California lifted the order, meaning that outdoor dining can return to the state.

This means that active eating and drinking are allowed again at Downtown Disney as long as guests are stationary and physically distanced. In response, we’re now starting to see restaurants announcing their reopening dates. And, today three joined the list and are set to open at the end of the month!
February is here and that means it’s time for new monthly specialty items in Downtown Disney!

While we’ve already given you the inside scoop on the February Flavors at Sprinkles (we’ve been eyeing that Bananas Foster Cupcake), this month is about to get A LOT better with a new burger!
