Have you ever been in the middle of your Disneyland vacation and faced a problem you weren’t entirely sure how to solve?
Disney is well-known for their first-rate customer service but that’s of no use if you don’t know how to contact them!
The best way to avoid any snafus is to prepare. There are a few Disneyland phone numbers you should have saved just in case you need them! It’s better to spend a little bit of time doing research ahead of time than end up missing out on valuable vacation time because you were on hold waiting to get transferred to the right department. Some of these numbers you may want to use anyways because they can help you plan out your days and avoid crowds and long lines! These are the six main numbers we suggest you keep on hand for your Disneyland vacations.
Guest Services
While there are Guest Services spots throughout the parks, sometimes you might not be able to make it over there, or you may not be in the park at the moment. In this event, you can call their general Guest Services line at (714) 781-4636.
Whether you’re in the Disneyland park, Disney California Adventure, or Downtown Disney, just give this line a call for any general inquiries you have. Think of it as a catchall for any issues or questions you have that don’t really fit into another category!
Disneyland Candy Palace
This may seem like an odd number to keep on hand, but if you’re interested in trying out some of the specialty treats they have available here you’re going to need it. The Disneyland Candy Palace makes their treats fresh, so they have a “Candy Hotline” so guests can call ahead to find out which specific candy will be available on a certain day.
The Candy Palace is also one of only two places where you can find Disneyland’s famous Candy Canes during the holiday season. Another popular item are their Chocolate Easter Eggs which you can purchase during the spring. Both of these items tend to go fast, so you can call (714) 781-4636 for updates on their inventory!
Disney Genie Service
Chances are you will use Disney’s Genie or Genie+ services during your trip. While they can be useful in getting you and your family on those attractions from your wish list, sometimes there are glitches that need to get sorted out.
The Genie services can also be pretty confusing even for those of us that are old-timers! If you experience any issues with Genie or have questions on how to use the ride reservation system, you can call their helpline at (714) 781-4636.
Lost and Found
Disney vacations can be a whirlwind. Each day you might find yourself rushing from breakfast to a ride reservation, then catching a parade before lunch, hitting three more attractions, a show, and dinner. Before you know it, it’s 9PM! All through this time you’ve been carrying around some necessities like your portable charger, water bottle, and wallet, just to name a few.
With all of the chaos during the day it can be easy to misplace something. When that happens you can turn to Lost and Found! There are Lost and Found areas in the park where you can speak to a cast member, but if you’ve left the park for the day or don’t want to wait in a long line you can call their helpline at (714) 817-2166.
