We are celebrating all things Star Wars in Disneyland.

Not only are we in the middle of Season of the Force, but we’re also attending Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite, which is bringing tons of snacks, entertainment, characters, and more to Disneyland. This special ticketed event has returned this year with some brand-new entertainment and RARE characters. So, let’s take a look at it, shall we?

Well, you can with the Fans of the Force Costume Cavalcade – A Star Wars Nite Costume (Cosplay) Showcase. Yes, we dressed up just so we could march down Main Street, U.S.A., with other Star Wars fans.

We got to live out our dream of being in a Disney parade, and it was so much fun marching alongside other Star Wars fans down Main Street, U.S.A. At the end of the cavalcade, there was even a group photo with Mickey and Minnie Mouse in their own Star Wars-themed outfits!

But we’re not the only ones on parade during Star Wars Nite. You can also watch March of the First Order, Featuring Captain Phasma. The First Order is searching for a Resistance Spy in Tomorrowland, and they could be looking for YOU.

You can catch this march by Star Wars Launch Bay. Just don’t look too suspicious, or they might just come for you. Watch out, they are coming!

Have you ever wanted to know how to wield a Lightsaber? We got to attend a Lightsaber Instructional, which will include a demonstration of lightsaber skills to teach you how to swing a lightsaber around like a real Jedi.

We’ve got MAD SKILLS now, y’all.

The instructor was fantastic, and everyone was really getting into the moves. We got lightsaber skills AND a workout all in one!

So, after we learned how to use our lightsabers, we had a Lightsaber Meet-up with Rey in front of the Millennium Falcon.

How cool is that?!? What an awesome moment! We got to raise our lightsabers along with HUNDREDS of others and the light display was truly incredible.

Who doesn’t love a Cantina Band? We caught Figrin D’an and the Modal Nodes taking a trip around the Rivers of America playing their cantina music.

They were jammin’ out as they made their way down the Rivers of America. We were getting into it, and we found ourselves singing the tune the rest of the evening.

There’s also a Galactic DJ Party Zone where you can dance the night away on Main Street, U.S.A., to remixes of all your favorite Star Wars music.

The DJ had so much energy, and the crowd was really getting into the music. Throughout the evening, you could also vote for which side compels you. The Dark Side ended up winning after all the votes were counted.

So, that is just the entertainment. You can also see and meet some very special characters during this event.

However, we were especially thrilled to see Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their own Star Wars-themed outfits!

It was great being able to see these characters, including some we don’t normally see at the park!

Overall, there is SO much to see and do at Star Wars Nite that you really need to keep a list of your priorities so you don’t miss out on those things you feel you MUST do.
