And no, shopDisney and Amazon aren’t the only other places, either. Your local stores may have some pretty awesome, much cheaper Disney souvenirs. We headed to our local HomeGoods to see what deals they had, and here’s why you’ll want to RUN to the store closest to you!

According to The Walt Disney Company, the future is bright. Disney plans to invest a LOT into the Parks, Experiences, and Products division over the next decade (though by the time the proposed MEGA Magic Kingdom expansion is set to begin, CEO Bob Iger will no longer be in charge). Fans are hungry for new additions and large-scale expansions, but they may have to be patient.

Disney is talking a big game. We’re expecting a TON of (expensive-sounding) changes, like a new Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge, an Animal Kingdom overhaul, a Test Track ride update, and a Magic Kingdom expansion rivaling the scale of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge addition in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. But before we all get too excited, it’s worth noting that Bob Iger has a different priority, at least for now.
2024 is an exciting year for the Tokyo Disney Resort!

Tokyo DisneySea is getting the new Fantasy Springs addition with areas themed to Frozen, Tangled, and Peter Pan, as well as a new hotel to match. Tokyo Disneyland will have its Space Mountain close to make way for some big updates to the ride, and to Tomorrowland in general. And on top of all that, the resort is getting a NEW festival!
Ahh-ahhhhh-ah-AHHHHHHH!
We had the opportunity to be one of the very first to experience Disney’s brand new – and first completely Frozen-themed – land; and we traveled all the way to Hong Kong to do it!

Some exciting new restaurants are opening in Disney World soon.

Disney’s BoardWalk is getting two new restaurants next year — Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs and The Cake Bake Shop. Over at Disney Springs, two other new spots will be opening even sooner. Summer House on the Lake is set to open its doors sometime this year, and we’ve already seen a ton of finishing touches arrive. On the other side of Disney Springs, eet by Maneet Chauhan, a new restaurant by James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Network star Maneet Chauhan, will be debuting soon too.
