In a land of iconic treats, there are inevitably going to be some worthwhile hits, and some…meh? To really dig in, we conducted a scientific study (aka conducted an Instagram poll) to determine the most underrated and overrated snacks in Disney World!
Disney World is teeming with hidden Mickeys, special tributes, and inside jokes.
Mrs. Potts Floor Mosaic at the Grand Floridian
The Imagineers hide these gems in attractions, restaurants, and resorts. Look up and you’ll find an advertisement in a shop window on Main Street, U.S.A. that’s named after an Imagineer. Or, look down and you’ll see seashells placed into the pavement outside of Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid (maybe by Ariel, herself?). There are so many thoughtful secrets to be found! We’re highlighting some of Disney World’s best-hidden secrets in the parks and beyond!
We’ve seen A LOT of merch repping our favorite Disney canines and felines in the parks lately!

We’re not complaining! We love to see our furry friends have their moment in the sun. We found a Cat and Dog raincoat and Loungelfly collection recently and Disney is releasing even more goodies on December 28th. We don’t have to wait that long for some new pet souvenirs! A Lady and the Tramp dog Spirit Jersey has arrived at Disney World!
Entertainment in the parks may be different right now, but Disney has been giving us plenty to watch lately!

Right after the closures Disney released a recorded version of the Magic Kingdom fireworks show, Happily Ever After, and ever since then we’ve seen more and more shows from the park online like Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks and La Parade de Noël from Disneyland Paris!
We’re back at the Magic Kingdom for a little holiday cheer!

We’ve been checking on the Magic Kingdom to note any new food, merch, or attraction updates. We headed into the magical theme park to see what’s new and what’s happening this Christmas week!
Planet Hollywood is one of the long-standing restaurants that has stood the test of time in Disney Springs.
Planet Meltdown — Pre Melt
We’re not huge fans of the restaurant but the menu has pulled off some good items for us in the past. The menu is coordinated by none other than the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives host Guy Fieri. (And, if you want something a little quicker, you can head next door to Chicken Guy and try his quick-service restaurant.) Some Disney Springs restaurants are offering special holiday specials for guests visiting Disney World this Christmas. Planet Hollywood is doing the same by bringing back a special dessert!
As much as it sometimes feels like it, 2020 wasn’t all bad!

We’re not gonna lie, 2020 was a tough year for just about everyone. In fact, even Anna and Elsa seemed like they were over it at one point! But as difficult as this year has been, there were some really GREAT things that happened in Disney World in 2020. Let’s take a look!
