It has been QUITE the unexpected week in Disney World!
The holidays are here!
This week we saw surprise performances (even including celebrities!) and some RARE character appearances, so let’s get into it.

There are some iconic photo spots around Magic Kingdom but we have to say…you’re using one of them WRONG.

The holidays have already arrived at Disney World
Just kidding — the holiday season has already started to kick off at Disney World. 🤣🎄🎅 We’ve already seen holiday decorations up in the parks, we’ve gotten a sneak peek of the holiday merchandise that will be available soon, and we even know what kind of holiday treats we’ll get to eat over the next few months. And now we found some incredible holiday ornaments you might be very tempted to pick up!
Disney World’s Minnie ear game has been a little bit questionable lately.

We’ve seen a couple of ear headbands that make us think that Disney is stealing fabric off our Grandma’s old couch. We just spotted NEW Minnie ears in Disney World that have a similar kind of fabric, but these ones are so. much. better. Take a look at the newest ears and see how Disney seriously stepped up their game.

Disney PhotoPass also takes special “Magic Shots” that usually add in a character or prop for a special photo. There are 50th anniversary Magic Shots, Tiny World Magic Shots, and even Super Zoom shots that let you get a Birdseye view of a Disney Park. There’s a new one in Magic Kingdom so let’s check it out!

A lot has changed in Disney World since the 50th anniversary celebration kicked off on October 1st!
Cinderella Castle in its 50th Anniversary decor!
From new 50th merchandise, decorations, food, and entertainment, there’s a lot to do in Disney World right now. And along with all of this excitement, you might have missed this little detail that changed in the My Disney Experience app!
During Disney World’s 50th anniversary, all four Disney World Park icons, including Cinderella Castle, Spaceship Earth, Tower of Terror, and the Tree of Life, will be transformed nightly to become Beacons of Magic. We were BLOWN AWAY by Spaceship Earth’s new nighttime look, so the stakes were high for the other three park icons!
Spaceship Earth’s new nighttime lighting is simply gorgeous!
Tonight we FINALLY got to see Cinderella Castle sparkle with pixie dust, and you’re going to want to see this.
