Halloween? We’ve “let it go” and moved onto the Christmas season in Disney World!
Over the past few days, the Most Magical Place on Earth has seen decorations for the holidays in Magic Kingdom, like the Christmas tree on Main Street and Tomorrowland Speedway’s overlay. But TODAY, Elsa used her ice powers to light up Cinderella Castle for all guests to see!

This summer has been an exciting time to visit Disneyland Resort. Not only did Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge open in May, but several new and returning entertainment offerings began this summer as well.
While we already knew the end dates for limited-time offerings like Soarin’ Over California and “Tale of the Lion King”, Disney has just announced the end date for the Disneyland Forever fireworks show.
Last September Disney announced that IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, the beloved nighttime spectacular on Epcot’s World Showcase, will end in the second half of 2019. (Click here for more on that announcement!) And now we know when crowds will be “moving forward now as one” — AND when IllumiNations’ replacement will begin!

Starting July 17th, a brand new Fireworks Dessert Party is coming to Epcot. Replacing the IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party (its last date is listed for July 14th) will be the Frozen Ever After Sparkling Dessert Party, themed to — of course — the Frozen film and Frozen Ever After attraction in the Norway Pavilion.
Held on select evenings, the experience will begin at World Showcase Plaza East one hour prior to IllumiNations, where guests will enjoy desserts, drinks, and views of Epcot’s nighttime spectacular, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, followed by a ride on the Frozen Ever After attraction. We’re talking about Happily Ever After, which debuted last night. The brand new night time show at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom combines fireworks, lighting effects, lasers, castle projections, and music into one truly spectacular show.
Truth be told, we are a little sad to say goodbye to its predecessor, Wishes. I mean, we all practically grew up with it, right? But this show is fantastic, and you’ve gotta see it!
