This Payment Problem Could Catch You Off Guard in Disney World

There are lots of times when you’ll need to whip out that credit card during your Disney World trip.

For one, you’ve got to buy your park tickets to actually get in and experience the magic, and then you’ve got to decide where you’re staying (unfortunately you can’t sleep in Disney World parks). Your first thought may be to use your credit/debit card to pay (and maybe you rely just on your MagicBand to pay since they can be connected to your cards), but there are a few reasons why you should always carry multiple forms of payment with you. We’ve seen Disney World change a ton in the couple of years. The global health crisis turned the world on its head and made Disney rethink the entire theme park experience.

Extensive health and safety regulations were introduced which affected everything from dining to character interactions. The changes were implemented with limited capacity and physical distancing in mind. Disney has been subtly updating these changes over the last few months but there are still a few glitches that many guests have encountered.
