Hey everyone, we’ve got another update for you from Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.

There is a lot of construction updates, merch, and food to cover today, so let’s get to it!
It’s the beginning of a brand new year, which means many of us are putting the focus on healthy resolutions. We’ve got some SWEET news to share because one of our favorite places to grab a shake over in Disneyland is going to make those resolutions a little easier to stick to.

Ain’t no party like a Disney party because a Disney party has a trove of unique food and drinks for a limited time. This year’s Lunar New Year celebration at the Disneyland Resort is going on until February 9th and we’ve already seen some fantastic items this year, like the Smoked Bulgogi Beef Short Rib and the Peach Sojito.

Two more items at Disney’s California Adventure have caught our eye, or rather, our stomachs that will satisfy your need for savory flavors and your thirst for a refreshing cocktail as you enjoy the festivities.
It’s that time of year where Disney needs to dust out the old cobwebs and grease the cogs of all their attractions so they can provide the magical experience we’re used to. For some attractions though, even more work is needed and Disneyland has several attractions currently down for extensive refurbishment.

In addition to the Haunted Mansion, Snow White’s Scary Adventures, and the Indiana Jones Adventure receiving extended downtime, King Arthur’s Carrousel is also getting a new coat of paint to breathe some new life into this park staple.
Sprinkles is constantly switching up their cupcake options. Whenever they release a new one, it’s a day for celebration because more sweets are the best kind of sweets.

Last week, Sprinkles unveiled their line of Valentine’s Day Cupcakes for this year, but now Sprinkles is releasing some special cupcakes for the Super Bowl. We’re ready to head to Downtown Disney and Disney Springs to try ’em out!
The Mandalorian is everywhere for one reason or another right now, but it’s mostly because of the cute new sensation known as Baby Yoda. You can find Baby Yoda on phone cases, t-shirts, and even on a secret menu at Trader Sam’s in Disneyland.

Now, the Mandalorian is getting some respect with a piece of merchandise we found over in Disneyland. We spotted this mug in Disney World a few months back, but this is the first time we’ve noticed it in Disneyland!
Disneyland’s MaxPass system allows you to make FASTPASS selections for rides and shows right from your phone. It also gives guests access to UNLIMITED PhotoPass downloads throughout the day.

It’s time to take a walk (and get in a few steps after all that chowing down we did last week at the Lunar New Year Fest in Disney California Adventure!) to see what’s been crack-a-lackin’ in terms of construction, food, and merchandise since our last trip around!
