We’ve been eagerly awaiting the opening date for Disney’s newest hotel, Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, and have been watching the construction closely throughout the entire building process. Now, we finally have a date for when you can book your stay at this new hotel!

Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge
Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is located closest to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground, and therefore is closest to Magic Kingdom park. We’ve been keeping a close eye on construction for the past few months, but now it’s finally time to start planning our stay.
We’re getting SO excited for Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, the newest hotel coming to Disney World.

This resort is set to open in summer 2027 and is going to be a Disney Vacation Club property on the edge of Bay Lake, near Magic Kingdom. It’s themed to combine Disney magic with nature, and so far, the concept art we’ve seen is STUNNING. But with the latest batch of updates, it looks like something has changed with the hotel lobby.

This new hotel is expected to open in the summer of 2027, though no official opening date has been announced yet. Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is the newest Disney Vacation Club (DVC) hotel being built near Magic Kingdom, and it seems to be coming along quite nicely. Originally, Disney announced as Reflections: A Lakeside Lodge, this project has been a long time coming and has taken several turns over the year. However, as completion nears, we want to go over everything that’s already been confirmed for Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge and what you should expect.

Walt Disney World’s Lakeshore Lodge is a brand-new Disney Vacation Club hotel that’s scheduled to open in 2027!
