Universal’s sharing more details about this year’s Butterbeer season and how it will be BIGGER and BETTER than before!

Ever since we first learned about Butterbeer Season’s return to Universal this year, we’ve been eagerly awaiting to find out what will await us. Sure, there are plenty of ways to get Butterbeer right now around Universal’s parks in the Wizarding World’s lands, but Universal is promising exciting new changes to come that you can enjoy on vacation and from the comfort of your own home!
Disney World has changed their skip the line system a few times over the past few years.
Magic Kingdom
We saw it switch from the free services, FastPass and FastPass+, to Genie Plus, a paid version. Then Genie Plus changed to Lightning Lane, which is still a paid skip-the-line system. Universal Orlando has the Express Pass which is their version of this system and actually, some fans say it is better than Disney’s system. So let’s break these down and see which one comes out on top.
I am an Orlando local who LOVES theme parks. In fact, it is one of the reasons that I moved to Orlando in the first place. While Disney World holds a super special place in my heart, there are way too many people who are sleeping on Universal Orlando.

Universal Orlando Resort has just announced adjustments to their operations due to Hurricane Milton.

Hurricane Milton is expected to make landfall on the west coast of Florida early Thursday morning; however, the storm will be bringing severe weather prior to landfall. Forecasters anticipate heavy rain and strong winds for much of Central Florida.
Disney World isn’t the only theme park with new lands in the works!

DreamWorks Land has been well underway at Universal Studios and we can’t wait for it to open! There will be lands dedicated to Shrek, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda, and we’ve been looking for as many details as we can get — we just didn’t have an official opening date for this new land. But, that’s officially changed!
Universal is in the process of creating exciting new lands for its all-new theme park, Epic Universe.

But, those aren’t the only new lands being created at Universal Orlando! DreamWorks Land has been well underway at Universal Studios and we can’t wait for its opening later this year. Now, it seems, that Universal may be looking to expand to another country.
