Epic Universe Is Livestreaming Its Grand Opening Celebration — And You Are Invited!

We are just ONE week away from the grand opening of Epic Universe! It is hard to believe the time has almost arrived! While we have been enjoying exploring the park during multiple previews, we also can’t wait for the park to be officially open.

Epic Universe officially opens on May 22nd, 2025, and we spotted some permits that gave us a glimpse into some of Universal’s plans for celebrating the grand opening. There were permits for pyrotechnics, drones, and celebrity guests. Additionally, plans revealed that the TODAY show will be in attendance, and there are also areas outlined for pyro launch and drone launch. That sounds like quite the celebration!
