Especially around the holidays, it’s always fun to shake up the ol’ wardrobe a bit! And nowhere is this more true than Disney World, with its endless array of festive apparel and accessories!

CLEARLY we’re not the only ones focused on Christmas fashion, judging by some new looks we spotted in the character cavalcades!

Upon reopening, a number of new health and safety measures were implemented, including reduced capacity, increased sanitation measures, temporary suspension of parades and fireworks, and more. But now, it appears that some previously halted entertainment is about to return!

We finally know which Magic Kingdom attractions will be open starting July 11th (along with Disney’s Animal Kingdom on July 11th as well as Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Epcot on July 15th, too!).
Earlier this week, we reported that Shanghai Disneyland is prepping to open March 11th. The resort has already implemented new health screening protocols for guests as they slowly re-opened limited shopping, dining, and recreational experiences.

Disney’s CEO Bob Chapek announced additional precautions the parks would take during the re-opening and now we can see for ourselves exactly what these precautions will look like from the guests’ perspective.
We’ve already been watching the video of Disneyland’s newest parade, “Magic Happens,” any chance we get.

So we were thrilled to hear we weren’t alone in our parade love thanks to ABC News, Disney Parks Blog, and #DisneyMagicMoments.
Not too long ago, we shared some exciting new details about Magic Happens — Disneyland’s brand new daytime parade!

And while we were able to tell you about how Disney coupled innovative technology like laser-cutting with Old World techniques such as embroidery, today they’ve released a video actually showing how they did it!
While previously Disney had projected their all-new daytime parade, “Magic Happens” wouldn’t be ready until spring of 2020, today they’ve just released its official start date!

If you’re enjoying a rainy day at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom but are bummed to discover that the Festival of Fantasy Parade is cancelled for the day, fret not! (Well, you can fret a little…)
There’s a fun alternative to the FoF that features a handful of characters and lots of rainy day cheer! It’s the Rainy Day Cavalcade!

The Magic Kingdom Parade is a rite of passage for every Walt Disney World guest, and with a little planning, you can save time by dining and watching the parade at the same time!
Here are a few of my favorite ways to combine two “must-do” activities — eating and parade viewing — in the Magic Kingdom:
Casey’s Corner Outdoor Tables
Grab a Hot Dog at Casey’s
The location of Casey’s Corner, a counter-service restaurant specializing in hot dogs, is just about perfect for parade viewing. Situated on the end of Main Street right next to the hub and the Castle, the main outdoor dining area of Casey’s will provide a fantastic view of the parade floats going by.
You’ll need to snag a spot early, so head over to Casey’s about 15-30 minutes before the parade is scheduled to begin, order your food, and commandeer your red-and-white striped umbrella table. The closer you are to Main Street, the better. While crowds of people might block your view of some of the characters on the street, this is nice, shaded spot from which to see the floats. I especially like this spot for watching SpectroMagic (or the Main Street Electrical Parade). Keep your spot to watch Wishes.
If you don’t like the idea of holding a table, grab your dogs and dine while holding your spot on the curb!
Get an Outdoor Table at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
