This week, we’ve noticed developments on the upcoming M&M’s Store in Disney Springs, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, the upcoming EPCOT nighttime spectacular, Harmonious, and more!
This has been an exciting week for construction projects in Disney World!
EPCOT Fountain
We got a look at the brand-new, just revealed EPCOT fountain AND we FINALLY got our hands on those mega-delicious (and mega LARGE) cookies from the just-opened Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs! Those weren’t the only changes we noticed this week and we’re here to tell you about ALL of them!

Polynesian Resort Construction
We’ve been in the parks and all around Disney World this week so we noticed a few changes to the ongoing construction! Let’s take a look at the projects going on at some of the resorts, parks, and Disney Springs!
A handful of new things have popped up at Disney’s Polynesian Resort over the last week!
Duffy and Friends Headband
We’ve spotted a plush Duffy headband, eaten Dole Whip out of a pineapple (YUM!), and tried a sparkly Christmas cupcake! Today we saw a whole new collection of merch that will add some Polynesian flair to your wardrobe and let you show off your love for this relaxing resort!
While we love the Disney World theme parks, there’s something EXTRA special about stopping by Disney resorts to see what’s new.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort lobby
So, we did just that! We stopped by Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and Old Key West Resort to see what’s new, and boy, did we find some GEMS!
Today we spent some time strolling around Disney’s Polynesian Resort, checking on construction updates, eating dole whip out of a pineapple, and trying one of our favorite desserts this resort has to offer!
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Although ‘Ohana is still closed (we miss you, Stitch) we obviously had to find other solutions to make sure we could get our hands on the beloved dessert it offers — Bread Pudding! We found out an Ohana-inspired version of the treat had made its way to Tambu Lounge so we headed there to enjoy this warm slice of deliciousness!
