Well, it happened. We got to travel to Hong Kong Disneyland to check out the huge 20th Anniversary Celebration there.

We got to do it all, too, including eating some of the WILDEST food ever (and we want MORE), seeing some incredible celebratory entertainment, and getting to meet Disney characters in their special Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary outfits. It was UH-mazing. However, speaking of Uh-mazing, we also fell in love with breakfast at Chart Room Cafe at Disney Explorers Lodge at the resort…and we think we need to fly back to China to have it again.

We have been to Epic Universe a few times now, and we have spent a lot of time riding rides, just living in the atmosphere of all five themed lands in Universal Orlando’s new theme park, and living our best lives.
