Drum roll pleeeeeease: The Crystal Palace has officially reopened in the Magic Kingdom!
This fan-favorite table-service (read: sit-down) restaurant in Disney World used to be a huge draw for Disney fans. Winnie the Pooh and Friends greeted guests, and diners indulged in an all-you-can-eat buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
But as with so many reopened restaurants at Disney World, the dining experience at Crystal Palace has changed quite a bit. Buffet? GONE. Characters? NOPE. So with all the changes, is visiting the Crystal Palace still worth it? Here’s what we think!

But the REALLY exciting news is that we JUST got a look at the new family-style lunch & dinner menu and we’re excited to share it all with you!
Mickey is a pretty busy mouse!
After all, he’s got lots to do! Mickey’s days are busy with cavalcades, motorcades, and of course hanging with Minnie and his friends. Today though, it looks like the Mouse had a little something extra on his schedule. We saw Mickey walking around a CLOSED Magic Kingdom restaurant with a filming crew!

Greetings from the Hundred Acre Woods, friends!
And no, we don’t mean the United Kingdom pavilion in Epcot — though how cute are the Winnie the Pooh and Rabbit Flower and Garden topiaries!? (Psst – you can go on a Virtual Tour of the Flower and Garden Festival with us here!)
What we DO mean is the Crystal Palace! If you’re unfamiliar, the Crystal Palace is a character dining restaurant in Magic Kingdom where you can dine with Winnie the Pooh and his friends during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a classic character dining experience, and one that Winnie the Pooh fans will love! But is the high price of the meal ($55/ adult at lunch or dinner) worth it? Read on to find out — plus what you can expect on the buffet!
