It’s all blue skies at Disney Springs, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some rainbows to be found!

And while last week we made a transaction at the Sprinkles Cupcake ATM (and got this delicious Sprinkles Cupcake covered in rainbow nonpareils!), today we spotted THESE technicolor beauties!
You KNOW we’ve been eating our way around Disney Springs since it reopened on May 20th.

So far, we’ve eaten at Terralina Crafted Italian, D-Luxe Burger, T-Rex, Pizza Ponte, and many, many more table service and quick service restaurants. And, it’s another day, so it’s time for another Disney Springs meal! This time, we checked out the recently reopened Paddlefish to see how this seafood and steak spot is handling health and safety measures, and of course, to see how good the food is!
As the famous saying goes, “time flies” — kinda like the Aerophile hot air balloon in Disney Springs!

And while these last couple of months have really flown by (even if some days dragged on!), now that Disney World is slowly starting to reopen again, we might actually need to know what time it is again!

Disney World closed back in March and is slated to open next month. But today, we were granted a super sneak-peek into Universal Orlando’s theme parks (which don’t officially open to the public until June 5th)! Wands [and masks] at the ready? Let’s take a look!

Universal Orlando Resort will reopen to the public this Friday, June 5th.

When the Resort presented its proposed plans for reopening to Florida’s Orange County Economic Recovery Task Force, one of the measures they mentioned was pre-arrival communications for guests coming to Universal Orlando so they could be well-prepared for what to expect (and protocols they would be asked to follow) during their visit. We’ve seen Disney Cruise Line go through several rounds of sailing cancellations, the most recent extending cancellations well into July.

With Disney Cruises perhaps being the last Disney experience to reopen, Disney has opted to extend the expiration date of the future cruise credits given to those affected by the cancellations. Let’s take a look at that new date!
