There's a New Dessert TACO in Disney World, But You Can Only Get it TODAY!

January 16th is the 1 year anniversary of Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

Hot take: banana-flavored treats are the best fruit-flavored treats

This unique Disney Springs spot is famous for its cookies, cakes, coffee, and LINES. Sometimes, you just gotta rope drop a cookie, that’s just the way it goes. Gideon’s puts out a new flavor of goodies every month and January 2022 is all about bananas! We tried their Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie and Banana Nitro Cold Brew, but they just released another banana treat to celebrate their 1st birthday!

Today, the bakery released the Gideon’s Banana Flip to celebrate one year at Disney Springs! It’s a light vanilla spongecake wrapped into banana buttercream. It’s only available TODAY at both Gideon’s locations. A banana cake taco? Yes, please!

The banana flip is the latest addition to January’s banana lineup, which is inspired by the travels of Dr. Tobias Brimstone, who’s essentially Disney legend Joe Rohde in a different font. This Gideon’s taco-like treat is sure to go fast, so head over to Disney Springs ASAP if you want to try it!
