It is finally time! We have been eagerly awaiting the opening night for Disney World’s new nighttime parade, and it is finally here! Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away officially made its debut on the streets of Magic Kingdom, and we have SO much to share with you.

This brand-new nighttime parade debuted on July 20th, 2025, and we’re bringing you with us for opening night. The parade follows in the footsteps of iconic nighttime spectaculars like the Main Street Electrical Parade and SpectroMagic, and we can’t wait to give you a first look!

NEWS: Disney’s Brand New Character Just Debuted in Magic Kingdom!

Something NEW has just made its debut in Magic Kingdom — and we’re so excited to share it with you.

Goofy, Mickey, and Minnie are READY to light up the night in Disney Starlight!

We just got to see Magic Kingdom’s NEW nighttime parade, Disney Starlight: Dream The Night Away, which lit up the night sky on its way from Main Street, U.S.A. to Frontierland (and yes, the parade was LIT, and yes, pun intended). However, what makes this parade even more special is that it has introduced a brand new character to the parks, a train named Whimsy. Yes, a train…and we KNOW Walt would appreciate that.

We just got word that Disney’s new nighttime parade is soft launching TONIGHT, July 18th, and do you know what that means? It means that the new merchandise we saw a few months ago is ALSO now available!

Goofy, Mickey, and Minnie are READY to light up the night in Disney Starlight!

Well, not all of it just yet, but we’re getting there! Disney has a whole new collection for Disney Starlight, and we cannot wait to check it all out as it releases. For now, though, one of the most POPULAR souvenirs is available tonight, and you’ve gotta check it out, because it interacts with the show!

Stand up! We’ve got BIG news, people. One of the BEST new things to hit Magic Kingdom just opened early. That’s right. The brand-new Disney Starlight parade is about to soft-open in Magic Kingdom, and we are there for a first look.

From the spectacle of the Happily Ever After fireworks show to the charming music playing on Main Street, U.S.A., there’s no better feeling than watching the park come to life at night. In the fall of 2024, Disney shocked Muppets fans, who were already in mourning over the then-just-announced closure of Muppet*Vision 3D and PizzeRizzo, that the characters would be added to the Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster. At the time, Disney said that the Muppets would be “teaming up with some of music’s biggest stars for a rockin’ music festival!” So, what songs should make up that music festival?
