food IS a theme park
Disney World is our happy place!
EPCOT
There is so much going on in the theme parks with permanent closures, new lands coming, and more. Now EPCOT is about to change again and we couldn’t be more excited!
Before you know it, February will be a thing of the past, and March will be here. Y’all…it’s almost spring!

So let’s look ahead to March, especially as to what’s coming on Disney+, because March is bring some pretty BIG shows, including the premiere Daredevil: Born Again, which will bring Marvel’s Daredevil back to TV! Pixar’s new series, Win or Lose, is also debuting this month, as well as the rest of season 2 of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures. With that being said, let’s take a look at EVERYTHING coming to Disney+ in March.
How did Disney World’s MAJOR 2020 changes impact the way we navigate the parks TODAY?
Epcot Construction
We’re taking a look into the past to reflect on what happened AFTER the historic COVID closures to see what Disney rules have returned to normal since then, and which ones have stuck around.
Things are about to become quite interesting around Disney World — and not just because of all of the construction that’ll make the parks look totally different.
Magic Kingdom
But, Disney just announced that the Virtual Queues for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT will be going away for good on February 25th, and that’s going to be a game-changer for plenty of reasons — especially since that means there will be no more VQs in Disney World. But, we don’t recommend getting used to that just yet…
May is set to mark the beginning of celebrations for a momentous Disneyland anniversary that will likely draw visitors from all over the world to the “Happiest Place on Earth”… and we think it might be a better idea to wait before going!

Beginning on May 16th, Disneyland will begin celebrating the 70th anniversary of the resort with the Celebrate Happy promotion! According to Disney, the event will feature “new magic that adds even more happiness to some of your favorite attractions, plus special entertainment, colorful décor, food and beverages, the “Celebrate Happy” song, collectible merchandise and more.” However, if you’re planning on joining the celebration, you may be better off waiting until July, especially if you’re a Disney history aficionado.
Who loves a deal? We know that we do, and we know tons of you do too!
Let’s go shopping!
If you’ve been on the lookout for some new shirts to wear on your upcoming Disney World trip, we’ve got some great news. Amazon is having a great deal on shirts right now, and you won’t want to miss these deals before they’re gone!
You’re going to have to excuse us for a hot second because we’re currently researching trips to France, well, Disneyland Paris, that is.
Disneyland Paris
You see, Disneyland Paris is currently undergoing a massive transformation, with Walt Disney Studios Park being transformed into Disney Adventure Land. The land is getting a new entrance, a Lion King-inspired land, a Frozen-themed land, and a ton of other new updates. However, a new restaurant is coming to Disneyland Paris, which is what we’re most excited about, and it’s by a Michelin-starred chef! The restaurant is La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert and we now know when it’s opening: March 7th.

The brand-new attraction will officially open on August 14th, 2025 in Las Vegas, and we can’t tell if we’re excited or terrified. It’s probably a little bit of both, to be honest.
Drinking Around the World at EPCOT certainly isn’t new, but it has definitely surged in popularity in recent years.
But, how can you be sure you’re getting the best bang for your buck when it comes to the booze? Luckily for you, I happen to be a pro at doing Disney World on the cheap and also at drinking (for legal reasons, that’s a joke). Drinking Around the World at EPCOT can definitely add up quickly, so if you want to make sure you’re getting your money’s worth — here’s what to do.
Disney has officially announced the actors who will be playing Belle and the Beast in the upcoming North American tour of Disney on Broadway‘s “Beauty and the Beast,” and we’re pretty darn excited about it!
