New Year’s Eve Fireworks at Magic Kingdom
Well, if you’re making plans to visit Disney World for New Year’s Eve, you may be wondering what all you can see, do, and eat during that special evening. Well, we’re going to outline some New Year’s activities throughout the resort, so you’ll be able to ring in 2026 in the most magical way possible.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is home to some fantastic treasures — you’ve got some of the most popular attractions in the whole resort, two entirely new lands on the way, and, what many people don’t know, is that you can find some truly incredible souvenirs here.
You can find some amazing souvenirs in this park!
While this park is less themed towards the MAKING of films in comparison to how it was when it first opened and in its first few decades of operation, there are still some gems you can find that nod towards how the movies are made. Over at Tatooine Traders right near Star Tours, we found some PRICELESS souvenirs that any Star Wars fan would love to have in their home, but there’s one catch — they’re EACH nearly $3,000.
We’ve said it before, and we’ll continue shouting it from the rooftops: the shoes you choose to wear to Disney World are IMPORTANT!

No one wants to be running late for their flight, but hey, it happens! As you’re sprinting to your gate, out of breath, panicked, and crossing your fingers that you’ll make it, American Airlines has started making things easier this year.

Lots of changes have hit flying this year, especially when it comes to making it through TSA security, but this change happened over the summer, and many people still don’t know about it. If you’re flying American Airlines and running late for your connecting flight, they’ll hold the plane for you for a few minutes…but also send you a countdown that might cause your stomach to drop.
‘Tis the season to watch all your favorite holiday movies on Disney+, but one movie might be the most ICONIC of them all: Home Alone.

As we all know, Home Alone is about a boy named Kevin who accidentally gets left behind when the rest of his family goes on a holiday trip. Kevin ends up causing trouble for some would-be burglars, and hijinks ensue. But who knew this movie could help you at the airport? Well, thanks to a new program, it can!
It’s the holidays in Disneyland, and we’ve been enjoying everything the holiday season brings to the parks. We’ve also enjoyed seeing the parks all decorated for the holiday season, the snow on Sleeping Beauty Castle, and eating our way through the Festival of Holidays.
Write a letter to Santa Car
But there’s one holiday activity you might not know about in Disney California Adventure that we wanted to make you aware of. Did you know you can send a letter to Santa in Cars Land? Well, you can!
Anytime we need a bit of a pick-me-up, we often turn to The Muppets, because they never fail to make us laugh!

While we’re looking forward to the new Monsters, Inc. Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we’re missing Muppets Courtyard already, since we can’t see some of our favorite characters in the park as easily now. We can still find our fair share of the Muppets online, though, which we appreciate, especially when they’re giving us running tips!
We love visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom because it’s just so different from Disney World’s other three theme parks. It’s part theme park, part zoo, and full of all kinds of wonderful creatures we love to see and learn more about.
Kilimanjaro Safaris
We’re also excited when new animals arrive in Animal Kingdom, especially babies. However, a new adult white rhino just recently became a new citizen of Animal Kingdom, and we would like to introduce you to him.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has a lot going on, that’s for sure, and that’s not going to be changing any time soon!
Vacation Fun
Two entire new lands are under construction (Muppets Courtyard is becoming Monsters, Inc. Land, and Animation Courtyard is transforming into The Walt Disney Studios), Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster will be closing on March 2nd, 2026 to become a Muppets version of the ride, not to mention the smaller projects going on around the park as well. However, one of those small refurbishments is coming to a close, it seems, because we now have a reopening date for Vacation Fun!

How we feel about all these announcements!
We’ve known for months now that Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios Park, soon to be Disney Adventure World, would be undergoing a series of refurbishments, changes, and additions, but as we get closer to them, we’re getting to hear more and more details on what to expect.
