Hello, foodies!!
We’re back with another DFB Video, and today we’re talking about the best of the fest at Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival this year!
Huge ice cream sundaes at an old-fashioned soda fountain? We seriously love Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club Resort.
And, although the original location is closed for lengthy refurbishments, the sweet treats featured on the menu have been brought over to the temporary satellite location. Yet, when we went to take a bite of one of our all-time favorite Disney World desserts, we found a sundae that was a little bit different than we remember.
Happy weekend! We’ve been hard at work in the parks scoping out all the latest news for you! First, a few things to remember… .
The 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival has officially started and we’re covering it all! See every single Food and Wine Festival MENU and ALL THE FOOD PHOTOS as well — here! And don’t forget to check out our Best of the Fest!
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is now OPEN in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland! We were LIVE on opening day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios — see all our in-depth reporting here!

Hellooo
, foodies!
We’re back with another DFB Video, and today we’re talking about the secrets people don’t know about the Disney Dining Plan and free dining offer!
Hot dogs, sweet tea, and lemonade? Count us in!!
We love having a good ol’ hot dog and a nice refreshing drink during hot days in Disney World, especially when they are part of a great doggone deal!
… Sooo, yeah. That Galaxy’s Edge Coke Bottle ban that we told you guys about?
TSA has reviewed the ban and decided to reverse it (um thank goodness).
We’re a little less than one month out from the grand opening of Disney’s newest mode of transportation — The Disney Skyliner Gondola System. These gondolas will soon allow guests to take to the skies for a birds-eye view of Walt Disney World Resort while they travel to their next destination.
Currently, a category 4 hurricane named Hurricane Dorian is on the move, inching its way closer and closer to Walt Disney World Resort. The Orlando Airport has already announced a closure, and Disney World itself has confirmed hurricane closures and cancellations as well.
So with such a significant weather impact potentially on the way to Orlando, this leaves us with this question, will the new Disney Skyliner System be able to weather the storm?
If you’re planning to fly out for a vacation at Walt Disney World in the next few days, you may want to think again.
Just like Disney is taking precautions with park and resort cancellations, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is following suit to ensure the safety of passengers.
Whether you live in Florida, you’re vacationing in Disney World, or you like to keep in touch with the news — you’re likely keeping an eye on the Category 4 hurricane on its way to the coast.
For the safety of visitors and Cast Members, Disney has announced a few closures and cancellations for Hurricane Dorian.
Ready for an afternoon of fine dining, amazing food, and lots of whisky? We know we are!
If you’re a Tables in Wonderland Member, you might want to head on over to Takumi-Tei, the newest restaurant in Epcot’s Japan Pavilion, for some flavorful fun!
