A new Cars-themed area is coming to Magic Kingdom, and Disney just dropped so many details.

The new area will be called Piston Peak, and it will allow you to enter the world of Cars with a National Park twist.
A new area inspired by the Pixar Animation Studios movie Cars is coming to Frontierland in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom!

This NEW part of Frontierland will be called Piston Peak and will include new theming, two new rides, additional food and beverage options, and a whole lot more. Disney has shared some info here and there about this new area, but now we’ve got details about the queues of BOTH rides!

Disney released new behind-the-scenes pictures, and this makes us want to run to the queue and see the newly reimagined ride for ourselves.
When you think of Disney World, we bet the first thing that comes to mind is Magic Kingdom.

The celebration sees the return of some beloved shows and other limited-time entertainment, colorful decor, special food and beverages, exclusive merchandise, and more! Muppet*Vision 3D
Muppets Courtyard has been slowly closing to make way for a new Monsters, Inc. land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We’ve already seen the closure of Mama Melrose’s, but on June 7th, both PizzeRizzo (okay, maybe we won’t miss the rat pizza joint) and Muppet*Vision 3D will close forever. Now, we’re going to miss Muppet*Vision 3D A LOT, even if the Muppets are eventually taking over Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster. We’re not the only ones…a Broadway star recently recorded his own tribute to Muppet*Vision 3D…and yes, it will make you laugh AND cry.
