From new attractions to park makeovers, Disney has its hands full with the amount of construction planned over the next few years.
A while ago, Disneyland had proposed a Four Diamond hotel that would be placed inside Downtown Disney. When the idea was scrapped back in 2018, plans for a new Disney Vacation Club time-share tower started to form in 2019.
Disneyland Resort remains closed until further notice in response to the current global situation. Looking forward, though, guests are currently able to make reservations for Disneyland Resort as bookings for future vacations are currently being accepted for dates starting July 1st.
That said, we are keeping an eye on other areas of the Disneyland website including Advance Dining Reservations for restaurants around the Resort. And — at press time — the Disneyland website is showing no times available to book dining in July. [Read more…]

Disneyland has canceled vacations through the end of May and is now taking reservations beginning July 1 (previously June 1). Since Disneyland is now taking reservations starting in July, they have extended their previously released special offer for the people who were affected by closures.

On March 27, Disney officials announced that Disneyland Resort will remain closed until “further notice.”
Disney hasn’t provided a timeline for when they expect Disneyland to reopen, but they have stated that Cast Members will continue to be paid through April 18th. If you’re planning on cancelling your Disneyland vacation, you don’t have to wait on the phone!
