It’s Halloween weekend, but you know what’s going on at Disney World, right? The holidays are starting to sneak in because the holiday season officially begins on Monday!

We’ve already seen decorations going up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We’ve also had a sneak peek of some of the new holiday merchandise coming soon. And, well, you know us — we are ALL about the upcoming holiday snacks! But, as they say, first…COFFEE.
Happy Halloween weekend! The spookiest bakery in Disney World, Gideon’s Bakehouse, is back for the last weekend in October with a NEW limited-time treat. For anyone who’s been meaning to try the Frankenstein cookies or the Gingersnap Cold Brew, this is your last chance!

The final fall-inspired treat of the month is a cult classic among Gideon’s fans, but if you’re new to the Gideon’s Bakehouse fan club (welcome, by the way) you’re going to want to see this!

The holidays have already arrived at Disney World
Just kidding — the holiday season has already started to kick off at Disney World. 🤣🎄🎅 We’ve already seen holiday decorations up in the parks, we’ve gotten a sneak peek of the holiday merchandise that will be available soon, and we even know what kind of holiday treats we’ll get to eat over the next few months. And now we found some incredible holiday ornaments you might be very tempted to pick up!
Disney Springs is one of the best spots to grab some food in all of Disney World!

There are excellent restaurants like Wine Bar George, Raglan Road, and Morimoto Asia, as well as a TON of shopping. One of our favorite spots for some good southern comfort food is Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. The restaurant is known for classics like fried green tomatoes, chicken and dumpling soup, and their famous Hummingbird Cake. But, things are getting even better over at Homecomin’, because they have a bunch of NEW menu items!

And one of the best places to find fun food, treats, and drinks is actually Disney Springs. Disney Springs is a shopping location that has a bunch of Disney-themed gift shops as well as other popular stores, restaurants, and kiosks. Today, we’re heading in to try a new treat that just arrived at the gelato shop there!
The Disney World theme parks get a lot of attention, but another great spot to check out on your trip is Disney Springs!
Dining magic extends to Disney Springs
Disney Springs has a TON of food, shopping, and entertainment options. Forget to bring some athletic wear in your suitcase? There’s a store for that. Want to see the latest movies in theaters? You can do that, too! Hungry for some of the best food in Disney World? Disney Springs has got you covered! While there are many amazing table service restaurants at Springs, there are also some really great quick service spots! If you’re craving some barbecue, The Polite Pig is where it’s at — and they have a brand new food item you can check out!

Of course, the flavor of the season is pumpkin spice and we’ve had a wonderful few months trying all the pumpkin coffees and treats we can get. Well, as Halloween draws near, we’re prepped to say goodbye to pumpkin and hello to peppermint, but we have good news. It looks like some popular pumpkin is sticking around!
